General & Process
What is your typical software development lifecycle?
We follow an Agile methodology. Projects begin with an intense discovery phase to map requirements, followed by 2-week development sprints. We hold regular demo meetings so you can see the progress and provide feedback early and often.
Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?
Absolutely. We understand that your ideas and proprietary data are extremely valuable. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before our very first consultation.
Will I have a dedicated project manager?
Yes, every project is assigned a dedicated Technical Project Manager who serves as your main point of contact, ensuring timelines are met and communication is seamless.
Technical & IP
Who owns the intellectual property and source code?
You do. Upon project completion and final payment, we transfer 100% ownership of the custom source code and intellectual property to you.
What technologies do you specialize in?
We are full-stack experts. We heavily utilize React, Next.js, and Node.js for web applications, React Native and Flutter for mobile, and AWS/Azure for cloud infrastructure. For AI, we leverage Python, TensorFlow, and OpenAI APIs.
Do you provide post-launch support and maintenance?
Yes, we offer ongoing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for maintenance, security patching, and scaling post-launch. You are never left to figure it out alone.
Pricing & Engagement
How do you price your projects?
Pricing depends on the engagement model. We offer Fixed Price for projects with strictly defined scopes, and Time & Material billing for ongoing or heavily iterative projects.
Can I hire a dedicated engineer from your team?
Yes, our Staff Augmentation model allows you to seamlessly integrate one or more of our senior engineers into your existing internal team on a monthly basis.
