1. Client Data & Source Code Confidentiality
As a software development agency, we frequently handle sensitive business logic, API keys, and proprietary source code. Softcodes Technologies strictly compartmentalizes client data. We do not use your proprietary data, databases, or algorithms to train AI models or for any purpose outside the scope of your specific Master Services Agreement (MSA).
2. Information We Collect (B2B)
When you request a quote or engage our IT consulting services, we collect standard business contact information (Name, Corporate Email, Phone). During the development lifecycle, we may require access to your third-party cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Vercel), which is governed by temporary, least-privilege IAM roles.
3. Third-Party Infrastructure
To deliver our services, we utilize secure, SOC2-compliant third-party infrastructure (such as GitHub for version control, Jira for project management, and AWS for staging environments). We only share the absolute minimum data required to facilitate development and deployment.
4. Data Security Standards
We implement enterprise-grade security protocols, including AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all Softcodes engineers accessing client repositories or staging servers.
